So Jackson LOVES apples... we cannot go through the grocery store without him crying for one to eat right then. Recently Grandpa Monty brought us a whole box of apples and Jackson has loved being able to eat them whenever he wants. This is the result of his feast the other night. I had forgotten he was eating one and when I entered the room after 30 minutes this is what I found...
He had eaten the whole butt of the apple and was headed for the rest of the core... too funny!

That is so funny, I always laugh at what kids will eat. That is awesome he is addicted to apples, we can't leave the store without getting fruit snacks or m&ms.
